Chris has spent more than half his life in real estate. With decades of hands-on experience in the industry, he focuses on ensuring our properties are safe and running smoothly.
Gracie
Gracie introduced Chris to the world of short-term rentals and hospitality, where we both fell in love with creating exceptional guest experiences. Gracie brings a sharp eye for detail, warmth, and a commitment to making every guest feel truly valued.
Together, we realized that workforce housing needed a fresh, personal touch—a place where residents are treated like neighbors, not just site numbers.
